Banking that aligns with my ethics

I am a fan of the transparency offered by Triodos. I know where they invest and their morals and ethics align with mine. Not something I can say of many financial institutions. The customer service I have experienced has been swift, polite and effective. I access my account online, and the website is very easy to use. I have rarely needed to ask for help and when I did, the staff responded very quickly and clearly. I enjoy reading the bank newsletter with stories about the groups and businesses that they have loaned money to. These stories confirm that choosing to bank with Triodos was the right decision.
