Best banking service by far

Customer service us excellent with queries answered by internal email very quickly (but I've needed very little help in my many years as account holder). The app and web service is reliable and very tidy. And all of that plus being a truly ethical organisation. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

No BS ethical banking.

Had banked with Triodos at work for twenty years, which had been great, so decided to migrate my day to day banking from Nat West and First Direct to Triodos for ethical and customer service reasons. Good decision; no regrets at all ! Glad also to be with a bank that will be on the right side of history re the CEE etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Good bank

the only ethical bank

Firstly when you need to you gat to speak to a real live person without having to wait while you listen to an entire symphony. Secondly when you do they are friendly and helpful. Third, it's a truly secure conscious bank. Lastly and most importantly, it's what it says; ehtical. You can read where your money goes and be happy, glad, grateful and yes! proud! Only ethical current account out there

Triodos provide all modern banking services without supporting the fossil fuels, extractive or armaments industries. It's the only way to go. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Join Triodos for its sound ethical foundation
