Customer service great.

The excellent customer service is an unexpected bonus!

I love the fact that I can speak to someone in customer service - and not a chatbot. The customer service team is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My account is easy to manage on line - the instructions are clear and it does everything a bank account should. Triodos is the ethical option

Triodos is the most ethical bank I've found after extensive personal research, and I love knowing where my money's going (or not going!).
