A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. A game- (and world-) changing bank

I've loved Triodos since before I started banking with them, knowing they are ethical investors. Having joined, the experience doesn't disappoint. Wish I had switched sooner

I am so happy to have moved away from a big high street bank, as none can match the ethical investments made by Triodos. The move was easy, the app works well and the customer service has been very good. I am recommending others join me and make the move. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Very good ethics, excellent online/app banking

I make a point of only using ethical banks, but when I returned to the UK last year my previous ethical bank's customer service was appalling, so I switched to the Triodos Current Account. The experience has been extremely smooth, from transferring direct debits etc. from the old account to managing the new one day-to-day. Triodos is also more transparent than my old bank about who it invests in, and it's good to know that my money isn't backing environmental destruction. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Fair, Ethical and Outstanding Customer Support

I'm very happy with my choice of bank. Triodos' ethics are important to me - when we know better we got to do better. I also highly rate their customer service. Put your money where your mouth is

Triodos is the bank of the future, if you care about your children and grandchildren Triodos is the only current account you should have, I,love that Triodos supports some really amazing projects and that it tells us so much about where our monthly fee has gone and how it’s doing so much good. A bank that make me feel proud were my money is inverts

Being a Triodos customer feels wonderful in every way. They are open and honest, have high ethical standards, and put community development and customer service before maximising profits at any cost. While other banks bombard customers with loan offers, Triodos emails users with helpful information for managing money issues, budgeting, and bill paying. They serve as evidence that finance can be ethical, sustainable, and approachable because they are approachable, accessible, understanding, and human. Having a clear conscience when banking!
