A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Superb service and fabulously ethical

Triodos is a truly ethical bank, and not just given it lip service. They are remarkably transparent and even have an online map of where they lend buisness money too. They surrport so many good course and small local ethical enterprises. I feel as if I can happily say I know where my money is being used. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Simply the ethical choice

I switched to Triodos just over six months ago because I wanted to feel at peace that my bank was acting according to my principles and my money was being used ethically. Setting up the account was simple and quick and I've been using Triodos current account and the app for all my day to day banking (I even have their savings account which is equally as good). What it offers is simple but this is what I like about it - an easy to use account that meets all of my everyday banking needs and it makes me feel good that my money is doing the right thing for planet and people. There has never been any issues with my account - it just works. I wish I had switched years ago but I feel glad to have made the move. Best bank ever!!

I’m so proud to bank with Triodos as they are such an ethicaL band and I feel safe in the knowledge my money isn’t funding fossil fuels or arms or anything else nasty! I very time I’ve had to speak to them on the phone they’re amazing- it always feels like you’re talking to a real human and they treat you like your a fellow human too… they’re so helpful and it’s always a really positive experience. Ethical, customer focused banking

I've been with Triodos a few years now and it has been a good move away from the main players. I'm happy with the customer service, and I'm happy knowing my money is being used in as ethical way as possible. There's Internet banking, apps and they also have ethical ISAs, and other investments available too. One thing missing is a credit card, but the service with everything else is great. Great bank with a great ethic

I feel very comfortable and confident knowing that having an account with Triodos is investing my money into ethical businesses.
