A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Great ethical banking and customer service

Consistently good personal service.

In all the years I’ve been with Triodos Online Banking, I have only once been disappointed, and that was when, in line with all other banks, they had to withdraw their PAYG Mobile phone service. Otherwise, they have been truly a delight to have as my bank, both with advice and overall personal attention. I am also pleased to know that my savings will not be used for anything other than life-enhancing projects. No one nor anything will be hurt due their undertakings. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Service with Integrity
