A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Excellent service for real people.

There's always someone on the end of the phone or in the app chat facility to answer questions with spending hours listening to elevator music while I'm trying to work. And the chat appears to be a real person not AI/chatbot. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
