Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ticking all the boxes: honest, ethical and quality banking

Yes we went to Triodos for their ethical finance position, but sine then we've found the personal service excellent, the app is great, web interfaces rich with features and advancing still. The charge (modestly) for a current account, but we're happy to pay this and know all the money is being used for good, and the cost of banking is not being creamed off us indirectly. Ethical Banking putting your mind at ease

Effective bank with lots of great features tha this constantly updating and improving its service. As a smaller bank it may be a littl behind other sin some of its functionality but it make some feel light hearted and at ease to know my money is going to good causes and being invested into community initiatives.
