Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Triodos banking is fast efficient and ethical

Triodos online banking is simple and fast. I have an isa and a savings account and it’s easy to transfer money, pay people and check my balances. Grateful for Triodos

It is a relief to be able to use a bank that is not linked with environmental destruction, fossil fuels or human rights abuses, unlike most big banks in the UK (and the world). On a practical level, their customer service is excellent and their app is easy to use. I have a current and a savings account with Triodos and find that their interest rates are competitive.
