World's best bank

I have saved with Triodos for more than 25 years, and was an early adopter of their current account after being with High Street banks for years. They are a strongly and consistently ethical bank that looks after your money and the communities they serve with the greatest care. Their customer service is the best in my admittedly limited experience - I don't often have to contact them because everything runs smoothly. I cannot envisage banking anywhere else. Straightforward ethical banking

Having had an ISA with Triodos I was pleased to be able to get a current account too when they launched it. It's exactly what you'd expect from internet banking, with a good app and excellent customer service, all while knowing that they treat everyone fairly. Reviewed on: 1st March 2021

Ethical and truly fair

I opened my Triodos current account because of its truly fair charging system. An overdraft without incurring excess charges seems caring and fair. And I love that my money is doing some good in the world and for the planet. Reviewed on: 1st March 2021

the feeling you get
