Rate Triodos really highly.

Rate Triodos really highly. Customer service always quick to respond and helpful and friendly. The banking App needs a bit of work which is my only fault. Really value their ethics and I'm glad I switched. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Customer service second to none. Never have to wait to speak with someone, even when a call dropped they called me back…unheard of of a bank! I’m happy with the security system. They make my banking life much easier. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

No Turning Back From This Bank.

No problems joining this bank, quick service which is what people want from a bank these days. And thats a rare thing. you wouldn't be dissatisfied with all the services that they have on offer for people, and can can help them with every aspect of whatis best to do with peples money, Investments, savings, current accounts etc. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical, friendly, with good communications. Honestly, It's a relief to have a bank account where I don't have to feel guilty about their investment practices. I've previously banked with Barclays, HSBC and Santander, then discovered they all fund the expansion of planet-destroying fossil fuel extraction. Thanks, Triodos! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

I only opened my account recently as a result of listening to Gillian Burke's podcast, but what I have seen and learned about Triodos so far I'm impressed with. Hopefully more people will become aware of the importance of the ethics of their bank and,, as a result, look to move to the likes of Triodos. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
