Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Helpful customer service

The app always seems to work ok and they are happy to help when need it. I had my card details stolen and I don't know how the thieves manage to copy my details with mycard in my wallet! And they were very helpful and refund my money back. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
