Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. If I need to contact the bank for anything by phone...

If I need to contact the bank for anything by phone or by messaging on the the app I always have a swift reply sorting out any problem easily. In the past sometimes the card has been refused or I have to put it in the machine more often than other cards but this problem has now disappeared. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

As an online bank, Triodos does what I need

As an online bank, Trioodos allows you to do more from your desktop than other online banks. And if I need to contact the bank, a phone call or secure nessage gets answered quickly. When I needed a replacement card, it arrived even sooner than I was expecting. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Lovely to bank ethically
