Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. I have been with triodos for 15 years now.

I have been with triodos for 15 years now. The bank has been excellent in many ways. I started as a saver and got good advice in which savings account is best for me. When the bank started tge current account facility I switched my current account from other banks as triodis out performs all other banks regarding ecological and ethical issues such as social justice and equality. Tge helpline has always been prompt, helpful and sorted any issues out in a friendly way. The app is good and easy to use...it would be helpful if old messages and statements coukd be accessed through the app...I have to go through my laptop to get access to these.
