Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Excellent company, great ethics

Good app, good customer relations - you can actually chat to a human! I really like the company's ethical stance. There's minor improvements I'd suggest on the app, such as the representation of running balances alongside transactions, and finding my list of standing orders and direct debits could be more intuitive.
