A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Always room for improvement, but not that much

Brilliant bank with great credentials whilst supporting you as the customer

I have been with Triodos for a few years now and they have been brilliant. The call centre is in the UK with actual human beings who you can talk to and have a laugh with at the other end. They are so friendly and helpful. I recently had to contact them regarding fraudulent activity on my account and their service was second to none. Not only did they get all of my money back, they did it with such due care and attention. If that wasn’t enough their eco credentials are second to none as well as only supporting projects that support community, health and wellbeing and sustainable/organic businesses also is a big draw. Refreshing

The approach Triodos take to banking is honest, straightforward & reliable. The customer service individuals are easy to communicate with & most importantly, by banking with Triodos, I know my money is not contributing to the destruction of the natural world. The App & online banking are simple & easy to use. And they don’t keep trying to sell me debt! Unlike Lloyds who I have banked with, previously, for years. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Great bank, great service and ethical!

Good causes
