Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Good for people and the planet

We switched from our big 6 banks to Triodos a few years ago and it was a seamless move. The customer service teams are UK based and very friendly. I even managed to speak to a human on a Saturday. We've been very happy indeed. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Excellent ethical service
