Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Great ethical bank

I put off switching banks for some considerable time thinking it would be a headache and not having the same functionality as major banks but I was so wrong. Triodos sorted the switch seemlessly and haven't had any banking or app issues and visibility of ethical investments is a pleasure to see. Just wished I'd switched sooner, top bank. A breath of fresh banking air

The principles that underpin this bank’s approach to finance are what first attracted me. What’s impressed me is how those are lived principles, happening as a matter of course to shape and inform practice. So as a customer I know I can trust Triodos with my money; I am not contributing to deforestation or climate change or exploitation. Quite the contrary.
