A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. So easy to use!

I recently switched from a big bank that sounds like Heebeejeebee, which was so difficult to use for internet banking. Triodos is so simple to use and log into. Thank you for making it so intuitive. Now I just need Triodos to join open banking so I can track spending in other apps! I’m so glad to be using a bank that looks after the environment and really cares! Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Yay, responsible banking at last !!

I love my Triodos account, it does what I need it to do, the phone app is great and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE knowing my money is used in a sustainable and responsible way and not contributing toward climate change etc like most of the others. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Triodos are beautiful people!

Apart from being truly confident that Triodos are looking after my money in the most ethical ways, it is also generally a pleasure whenever I have need to speak to them. I can’t say how refreshing it is to speak to such lovely human-like human beings who speak to you like you’re a human being in return! I also love that my card is biodegradable. Triodos are the best! Excellent ethical current account

I've been a Triodos customer for around a year now, and I am extremely impressed. I do my banking online, and have been especially impressed by the level of security. It's also very important to me to know that I am supporting an ethical bank who will not invest in things like fossil fuels or armaments. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Simply the best!

I love Triodos. All the things you'd expect from a good current account - great app, security, straightforward bank account - but also remarkably lovely people to deal with on the phone. Change the way we think about banking

Opening a Triodos account was simple and the best decision I have made. I immediately felt a sense of empowerment knowing that my money was being used to support local ethical business and organisations that aligned with my values and beliefs. Banks like Triodos should be the future as we move away from investment in industries that are destroying communities by supporting fossil fuels and arms deals towards a more community based investment structure.
