A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Great (and ethical!) customer service

Triodos are a fantastic bank: They don’t let you go overdrawn. They charge just £3 a month - this is really fair, considering they’re not charging people for going overdrawn without arrangement (see above). They answer the phone quickly and sort out any problems fast and personably. I know that my money is somewhere I can trust, and that it’s being used positively and thoughtfully. This bank really stands out from the rest - it’s a totally different approach to banking and certainly deserves bank of the year, if not the century. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

The best bank in the UK

Not only are Triodos a great bank to use, but they are head and shoulders above anyone else in terms of action to positively influence the world. Banking for the future

Triodos Bank is the only bank I know to be totally honest about charging everyone for Banking services rather than having poorer people pay for richer people's banking services. Just What Society Ordered

Triodos Bank might not have the physical presence of a High Street Bank but it professionally delivers all the financial things that you need with a really healthy ethical edge. You just know that your money is going where Society needs it. It might seem niche to some but it’s the future of banking in a Society that is quickly becoming more savvy about how their money is used. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

A great bank which fits my idea of a sustainable future

I have changed to Triodos and have not looked back. Worldwide, governments and people have to wrok together in order to stop global warming. A sustainable future on our precious planet will only be possible, if we invest in social equality and use the ressources of our world in a circular way. Finance plays a huge role in that, as it gives money to invest in business, which are actively supporting communites and sustainable businesses. My wish would be for all the bigger banks to value and copy the work done by Triodos. Well done Triodos! You're my bank for the year since I have joined you in 2018! Reviewed on: 24th January 2022
