A very user friendly banking service with a great ethos

I love all the ethical initiatives supported by Triodos and their honesty and transparency. It feels good to be putting my money where I know it will be doing good and not harm. Their customer service team is local and friendly and always get things done. You don't feel like you're dealing with a faceless corporation. Small, caring, personal bank with great ethics

I know in detail about projects my money (and other's money) is used to support, while I save it with Triodos Bank. I feel 100% confident in the ethical choices that Triodos makes to invest. And all the basic banking tools work well - just as well as any other bank. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

The most ethical bank I could find

I switched to Triodos because I want my bank to invest my money in a way that's in line with the ethical choices I make in other areas of my life, Triodos mostly does that. So far the customer service has been great, and I'm happy that I made the switch. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Ethical banking with brilliant customer service

Every time I have needed to contact triodos my query has been dealt with in one phone call by the kind and helpful people who answer the phones, and I am reassured to know that my savings are only ever invested in positive environmental and social causes. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
