A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Reliable, ethical and you can speak to real, live people!

Since switching about 18 months ago I have consistently good experiences of using them. I don't feel I am being fobbed off if I have a query. I can speak to a real person really easily and promptly if I need to. Their website (original design - which is what I use) and online access is easy to use and not 'dumbed down' just to look pretty but be really annoying for customers. Bit more than anything - I trust their decisions are informed by an ethical, respectful and green philosophy and after the way the big banks have behaved in recent years (and treated me personally) its a refreshing change. Seeking to model ethical trading in a market where this is desperately needed

best ethical bank according to Ethical Consumer organisation. Their ethical stand is at the heart of all they do, We receive good info about who and what they are investigating in. I am than happy to pay £3pm for my current account, rather than being subsidized by people struggling to make ends meet. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022
