A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Best bank account available

Spending & saving with a clear conscience

Started a savings account with Triodos a few years ago, then switched my current account. Excellent internet banking and great customer service by phone. And I know for sure my money is not worsening the climate crisis or funding animal experiments. Even better it could be invested in people and businesses that make a positive, ethical impact. Great banking experience with high ethical standards

I always get great customer service when I need to call, requests are actioned quickly and above all they are an ethical bank, which is the main reason I switched. Easy to use app and clear charges. Ethical bank that is customer focused

I'm happy to bank with a bank that takes its' ethical, social and environmental credentials seriously, and willing to pay for that via the monthly account fee. My interactions with Triodos have always been efficient and professional. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Truly sustainable banking

Having a bank that has the environment and the health and future of the planet as a first priority, as well as people rather than profits, Triodos is really the No 1 choice for sustainable, responsible and eco-efficient economics. Knowing that your money is not funding arms and fossil fuels

The reason I love banking with Triodos is the £3 monthly fee, which reassures me that all Triodos customers are treated fairly and that ‘free banking’ for those who have money isn’t being funded by unfair charges for those that don’t. Add to that the knowledge that your money isn’t being invested in planet destroying fossil fuels, or people destroying wars, great customer service and brilliant online banking - there isn’t any better Bank to bank with in my opinion.
