A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Easy to navigate, great customer service withers people to talk to.

What banking should be like

All the normal offerings we expect from a bank plus a powerfully ethical approach to how money is invested and an openness in all their dealings. A truly ethical bank

Efficient banking with a clear conscience

Opening a current account and transferring all our direct debits etc went very smoothly - just one small hiccup that was eventually resolved. Online banking plus phone app works very well. I like Triodos values and enjoy learning about some of the businesses they invest in. Tackling climate disruption and other environmental and social justice issues means putting one’s money where one’s heart and mind are - and Triodos helps me to do just that.
