Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Great to be doing different

I had my doubts about signing up to a branchless bank but I can honestly say I feel no disadvantage at all. Any queries I’ve had have been quickly sorted out online, the internet banking system feels very secure and I can still use cheques if I want to. I love handing over my plastic-free card and spreading the word to those who have yet to know you. Great guilt-free, ethical banking
