Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Faultless banking experience

I switched to Triodos about 12 months ago after hearing about their ethical credentials. The switching process and banking service so far has been faultless. Friendly and competent

I have been a Triodos customer from the beginning of it's presence in the UK. I have always been treated fairly and with a personal touch. A bank that I can trust to align with my values

I've had excellent customer service and support from Triodos, their app and website are easy to use and it's easy to speak to people on the phone. But the main reason I like them is the relief of knowing that my money is with an organisation that cares about the environment and people in line with my own values, not investing in the fossil fuel industry or exploitative businesses like all the major hightstreet banks.
