Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Healthy outlook and well meaning contributions to society

Triodos Bank offer a safe and effective banking system, while investment of money and their time too goes into the wider community, having positive environmental impacts, and reaching out to the more marginalised. An ethical bank with good customer service

I am new to Triodos' current account and it is the first time I have banked on line.I have found it easy to use.I love the principles that the bank is based on and glad that my money is going to good use in the world. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Banking that's entirely led by ethical standards

In this age of greater awareness about what banks get up to, Triodos stands out. Unwilling to make money from investments that don't make a positive impact, they are the only bank to publish a list of all the organisations to which they lend money. Unwilling to make money by fining disorganised customers, they simply charge everyone £3 a month. I miss not being able to scan cheques with an app, but there's a freepost address for them instead. Ethical, Innovative, Honest

I wanted a bank that would use the power of my money to do more than simply provide a return and make profit. I wanted a bank that would not invest the power of my money in harmful industries and practices but rather in forward-thinking, positive-minded people.
