Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. A bank I feel in safe hands with

They have always been helpful, online banking is secure without being onerous and I am happy my money is with a bank who tries to invest to make the world a better place not just to make more money. The go-to bank for people-centred values

Ethical, responsive banking

Triodos are not only the only bank I know of that invests positively (rather than other 'ethical' banks investing 'not horrifically'), but also give a personal service - you are not likely to be stuck on the end of the phone for hours waiting for a human to speak to you!
