Make complaints they make you wait long time

Well I made complaints about how bank app is always down and I was working away so had come all way back Coventry from London to sort it been two months now still waiting for not bank with tsb your get old before there deal with it Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

internet banking shambles

Have tried several times over the last two weeks to access my account online,keep being told there is a technical fault.They close branches but do not give a reliable alternative.Would hesitate to recommend this bank. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

I have two business bank accounts with tsb and yes i know i should have left after the disaster a few years ago when the telephone and online banking was telling you to go to branch because online wasnt working. What a disaster it was then and the arrogance of the people on the phone telling everyone to go to branch just to get you off the phone. However in my opinion they have now gone to another leverl. I recieved a form to fill in by email from them and filled it in to the best of my ability with as much information as i had at hand. Imagine now 6 months later to my supprise when i looked at my bank account and it said £ 50 000 in funds but available funds is £ 25 000 i imediateley phoned them up to question them for fear of pending transaction that i have no idea of might be ready to go out. Now try and see how you would feel if you was told no its ok nothing is pending and no fraud being committed we are witholding half your account value because you have not completed the online form correctly and we dont care if you need the money available because you have a big purchase you need to fill in more info. Since that statement i have no visited the branch 7 times taking in the information they require as the keep changing it and asking for more. I have also had to have my accountants write a letter to say i am a viable business dispite banking with them since 2016 and having the above funds in the account. In total i feel i have spent 12 hour s on phone and getting info they require for me to access my own funds not like im asking for a loan. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022

Phone service is appalling

What is the point of banks like TSB if they close their branches and then don't even want to talk to you on the phone? You might as well just open a Monzo or Starling account. I've been with them for 32 years but have finally given up as the central phone service is hopeless. You get cut off when you are transferred to your branch half the time, and they don't want to talk to you either. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

The worst Bank ever

The website is appalling, difficult to navigate, very difficult to find what you want and some links not working. Very user unfriendly. So far I have been trying unsuccessfully to withdraw funds for 48 hours. My own branch is apparently closed so I was sent to one 20 miles away only to find a note on the door saying they were closed. Tomorrow I shall have to travel to one much further away again. Exasperated by this, I complained and was kept on the phone for 50 minutes while they took details. Just appalling. This is the third time I have had to complain about this Bank. Tomorrow I am closing my account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Tricky to work with

I got moved to TSB when Lloyds sold off a load of branches. i found it difficult as there simply aren't many branches ont he gorund so hard to find one to physically go into. Getting thorugh on the phone also tricky, and a raft of complex processes meant eventually I lost patience and switched to another bank Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Very nice people in the branch but the app is a pain.
