I've had a good experience with the Vanquis Credit Builder Credit Card so far. The application process was straightforward, and it's helped me build my credit score gradually. The app is easy to use, and I appreciate the regular reminders for payments. Interest rates are on the higher side, but manageable if you pay in full each month. Old school customer services via telephone...

I prefer to speak to customer services via telephone, which is often difficult in this time of increased pressure to use apps or online services. Vanquis team are always helpful, patient and polite, which gives me confidence in dealing with my finances. Reviewed on: 28th July 2025

Very easy to use credit card, and if using the app, can allow you to see your balance and make additional payments during the month. No hassle as long as you keep making payments, but if you need any help they are just a phone call away. Reviewed on: 25th July 2025

My new card was here in no time!

I was matched and pre-approved for a Vanquis card via my credit scoring app. Within a few clicks I was confirmed and a new card was on the way with a sensible limit and some great introductory offers! I was informed daily on the progress of my new card and also given very clear instructions on how to set this up. It has been so simple and a great straight forward experience!
