Great customer service.

The card helped me out when I was struggling. The interest rate is extortionate an considering it is aimed at people with bad debt it could be catastrophic for some. It is helpful that reminders for payment can be sent via text etc. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Astonishing service!!!

I am truly grateful for the staff helping me. I was in hospital throughout the month of August last year in the intensive care unit. I was there due to MRSA and Pneumonia, which brought on severe sepsis. I was in a coma for 8 days and intubated. My father contacted Vanquis to inform them of my situation and they were very understanding. Not long after my discharge I contacted them to inform them of my situation. They were very understanding and even paid my monthly charge for me! I was flabbergasted - I didn't expect such a lovely and kind gesture. Vanquis are ultimately human, which counts for an awful lot in this day of AI. Thank you Vanquis, from the bottom of my heart. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
