Vanquis have always been very fair and open with any changes to my account and I have never been in any doubt as to why any changes were being inplemented. And this has been a positive thing for sure. For example, for having my account in good standing for many years, I was rewarded with an unexpected rediction in my APR which was incredibly welcome. I have never been treated unfairly and I am grateful for the fact that Vanquis treat people with the utmost respecct, no matter their circumstances. I have been with vanquis for some time and have never had any issues with them. This company is my preferred company when it comes to credit. Frustrating

Tried to amend card to make a payment to clear account but it insisted on taking the payment from the lost card on the account which of course declined. I have now had to change the direct debit to take the full amount so the card won't be paid off in full till June. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
