Mostly good and stable experiences with a few niggles

Mostly good and stable experiences, but accessing customer service is an obstructive process, and they rely solely on the algorithm, meaning my perfectly kept account has had a stagnant credit limit for a long time despite being told it'd be reviewed when I asked about it. A good card and friendly informative staff.
