A proper Friendly Society

I have had two mortgages with the Vernon over more than 33 years and they have always been great to deal with, had great rates and offers, have great staff and a superb and very supportive service. Excellent. Our individual circumstances were evaluated in person. Not just a tick box. The advice and guidance to the right mortgage for us was invaluable. The personal touch is so refreshing to find when most providers want you to fit onto a form. The Vernon do go the extra mile and make your mortgage personal to you and your individual circumstances. Incredible customer support

Vernon building society helped me get my first home and helped me transfer my mortgage to my next home when the circumstances werent straight forward. I felt like an individual and I could trust them to be working conscientiously. At no point did I ever feel like just a number. Excellent Customer Service from the Vernon BS

I took out a Retirement Mortgage for the first time with the Vernon BS several years ago now and they made my journey stress free.
