Professionalism Plus Personality

Over many years we have dealt with various people at Vernon and whilst all were good/knowledgeable, none has been as outstanding as Megan Paldino who helped us with our recent 'additional borrowing requirements'. She was polite, charming, supremely professional and knowledgeable, functioned at ultra-fast speed, and was spontaneously enthusiastic and infectiously full of life. Reviewed on: 5th August 2025

I had approached the Vernon directly regarding an retirement Interest only mortgage, after a conversation with Megan Pladino, this was not the product for us and we agreed on an alternative product which suited our needs better, the whole process so far has been very easy and clear.
