My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Virgin should be proud of the services they offer and how they provide them. I have a no fuss, no hassle credit card. No sense of Virgin trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Virgin is very open and honest about the services they can provide. It keeps well within the boundaries of appropriate advice and assistance. There is no hard sell, no cold calling. Hard work sorting out issues

Phoned to raise a dispute with a payment. I am going to be posted a form rather than being able to do it on line. If I do want to do it electronically, I have to phone again (when the dispute dept is open) and ask if that is possible. The call taker cannot do that for me. All rather inefficient and inconvenient for customers. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Great Card, Great Service, No Fuss

My Virgin Credit Card allows me to be flexible when it comes to affording life's little pleasures. With a long interest-free payback period I don't have to worry about additional charges. There are regular updates regarding benefits and new offers. The website is very easy to navigate and allows me to keep track of my spending and change my payments accordingly to suit my budget. Annoying

I have a new debit card which I tried to add to pay some money. The site won't allow me to add it because the 26 digit number is the same and just the date had changed. Too hard. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019
