My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Awful Customer Service

Great rate offers, brilliant comms and customer experience

Applied for a Virgin Credit because of a zero rate offer. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast response. Security is tighter than any of my other card providers. You do have to be up to date with modern tech: phone, text, online. When I have had to phone for help, the customer service offered has been exceptional. Regular rate offers and updates via text/SMS. Incredibly long winded process to get through to the right department. Unhelpful and unclear customer service. Charging 2.5% to decrease the limit on my account and not understanding or explanation as to why from the customer service team. Reviewed on: 5th January 2019
