Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Excellent service

I feel very comfortable using Virgin Money unlike another card provider I used. I had a query which was dealt with promptly with one 'phone call by a very helpful and friendly member of staff who explained things clearly to me. Sterling service

I have not used Virgin banking for some time but returned recently for various reasons. The main reason being the banking app is so easy to access and use unlike the previous bank app which was unusable despite many visits to various branches and several phone calls to help lines . Changed my life

Virgin Money Credit Cards have absolutely changed my life and financial health for the better. Their service is outstanding and they don't plague me with emails and offers, unlike some other credit card providers. They worked with me to give me the best possible rate to help me begin managing my debt and future finances properly.
