Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Where is the Virgin credit card app? Why is there such a poor log in experience on a browser, on my phone! Everyone else is using fingerprint... Even this form has cta's (calls to action) that are too small for my finger! Time to start optimising your customer experience! Reviewed on: 28th January 2018

Very quick and good service

Total CROOKS!

This company - which has probably milked its customers for millions, charged me £9 for a payment that was 2 days late on the credit card. OK that is probably my fault, I misunderstood my statement so was late. It was a one off, and has never happened before, so they could have waved it. But not only that but it meant my "special deal" of 30 months interest free, was cancelled on my statement, and I had to pay off my balance or pay interest on it - which is absolutely ridiculous!! Because I didn't pay on time once, and was TWO days late, that is 48 hours. WHAT AWFUL POLICIES designed to make you pay A LOAD of interest. Anyway the customer service guy was helpful at least but I am paying off this card and going elsewhere. NO AWARDS please. AWFUL SERVICE. Reviewed on: 25th January 2018
