Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Best rates on Money transfers by far

I got a card for a money transfer and received a very impressive 36 month 0% offer for a very small fee. The application process was simple, immediate acceptance and money in the bank with 48 hours. Very pleased. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Quick process and very helpful staff

Good balance transfer service

Got a balance transfer credit card to consolidate my credit cards, it was quick and easy and they did all the legwork which was nice. One downside is I can't find an app to check my balance on yet but fingers crossed they'll bring one out soon. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Fast and excellent 0% offer

They make your life so simple it's crazy! Easy access customer services. Soft search allows to see if you're likely to get the card. Never considered 0% transfers until now. Then there's the rest of virgin, I can't wait to explore the benefits! Thanks guys! Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Simple and Brilliant.

Card arrived in 2 days. Activated and being used without any problems. T&C's easy to understand. Benefits being offered instantly. Can't wait until they bring out a new bank account. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Good rates and easy transfer

Great service, wonderful benefits

I was really happy with the credit card I took out with Virgin Money. The staff were always easy to reach on the phone, friendly and helpful. I took some insurance on my credit card which then led to Virgin paying off a percentage of my balance for three months after I gave birth. It was well worth it and a great help.
