Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Great rewards

I use my Virgin Atlantic MBNA cards for my everyday purchases and pay it off each month as I get airmiles added to them and I'm saving them for a trip to New York, they last 3 years so lots of time to collect them. You can also trade them in for spa days or wine hampers if you dont quite have enough. It's nice to be rewarded for customer loyalty and get a little something back from your everyday spends. We have 2 cards for the same account so my husband can use it the same way too. I also find the online account management on the website really user friendly it's easy to see the breakdown of spending. Would definitely recommend them to a friend. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017

Good customer service & great introductory deals

The card was attractive due to an generous interest-free money transfer introductory offer. The interest rate does then rise to a higher level. The customer service has been great and friendly, though. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017

Hassle free borrowing

Quick, easy application

Great rates, easy processes

I applied for this credit card to pay for my wedding. My (now) wife and I were shopping and found the perfect rings for us at our local jewelers. We went for dinner to think everything through and before the starters were brought out to us we had a decision and the credit card was on its way. Six weeks later we had the rings ready in time for our big day! The, quite frankly, amazing interest rate of 0% APR on purchases for 30 months meant that we could take the stress out of paying for everything by spreading our payments out, and even go on our honeymoon to see the Northern Lights! fabulous product

I have a 0% card. I have an easy online account so I can see exactly where the account is. I was able to sort both a balance transfer and a payment into an account. It is super easy to manage and the emails and communication from virgin is brilliant and has a personal friendly touch. All this and access to their lounges too. awesome.
