Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Three phone calls!

Shocking Customer services

The worse customer service EVER - Long wait times, bad systems, never fulfil obligations although I love the brand there is no way I would recommend them at the moment. If I could give them no stars I would Reviewed on: 26th August 2016

Poor credit card

Our credit card keeps getting stopped due to supposed suspicious transactions but all transactions are very standard. No point in having this credit card if you can't use it! Rubbish! Reviewed on: 26th August 2016
