Late payment fee

I’m just sorry that you as a company charge a late payment fee after only I day of a late payment,there could be a number of reasons why this happens,there’s no leeway here and I find that disappointing and not known it before with other companies,I was charged after just one day so now I will have to make certain that it is payed on time to avoid another late payment fee!
