Smooth friendly experience from application to app download and through all communication. A friendly services team and excellent communication with clear monthly updates in the dashboard. exactly what i expected - in a good way

i really had a positive experience with ZOPA: Credit card. everything is clear and easy to manage through the app, and i always know where i stand. the process was smooth from start to finish, with no unnecessary hassle or confusing steps. what ive appreciated most is how transparent and straightforward they are- no hidden surprises, just exactly whats explained. overall, its been a genuinely good experience and id be happy to recommend ZOPA to others.
