One of the best customer services I have encountered

From applying for the card it was simple, the decision was quick and the processing of applying didn’t affect my credit should I have been declined. Using the app is simple and setting up payments to pay the account is just as easy. They have always been available to help when needed and there customer service is one of the best I have encountered. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

1st Class Service & a Human to talk to if required.

I’m a new customer and wanted to check a few things, but I prefer to speak to a human - and it was refreshing to be able to phone and speak to someone. They were very helpful and clearly explained a few things and also some extra tips for future things I may need. All in all everything from my online application to the great interest rates and the app is really easy and so convenient to use, whenever I like. Zopa is the best credit card I've ever had

Zopa is a brilliant credit company with quite a few products available i have told all my friends and family about zopa their app is very easy to navigate and you can set a credit cushion for a limit you chose meaning you'll never exceed your credit Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
