Simplicity

Zopa have a simple, clean, fully functioning app that even old brick of a phone can run. The service provided is fast and the very few times I've needed to contact customer services, they habe been very friendly with instant updates on my account's situation. Excellent service

When my bank account got hacked just before Xmas my bank stopped Ll my dd’s and my bank cards. When it came time for me to pay my Zopa payment I had forgotten to reset up. They sent me a little polite email asking if there was a problem, so I rang them straight away and they was so sympathetic and could not do enough for me to help and make sure I wasn’t charged late payment fees.
