Excellent customer service

One’s I got my card blocked because I put wrong pin and then Zopa is very secure that I try to activate card from atm it didn’t go through and simply take my card in atm and block it then I got to know that it’s there security command and they will send me a new card and a pin so that it can prevent thrift and lost situation. It was really lovely experience with Zopa to do banking. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
