I’ve been using the Zopa credit card for a while now...

I’ve been using the Zopa credit card for a while now, and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience. The standout feature for me is the Zopa mobile app—it’s incredibly intuitive, allowing me to track spending, set payment reminders, and manage my card with ease. Everything is clear and well-organized, making financial management simple even for someone who isn’t tech-savvy. Another huge plus is the customer service. Whenever I’ve had a query, their team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful, which isn’t always the case with credit card providers. The application process was also fast and hassle-free, with a quick decision and smooth onboarding. The interest rates and fees are competitive, and I love that Zopa offers real-time spending insights to help me stay on top of my finances. However, one area for improvement would be the ability to request credit limit increases, as this currently isn’t an option. Also, at the time of writing, Apple Pay and Google Pay aren’t supported, which would be a great addition for convenience. Overall, if you’re looking for a modern, app-based credit card with great customer support and easy financial tracking, Zopa is a solid choice.
