I am very happy with Zopa

I have found Zopa to be a very useful and helpful tool. Always there when I need it and customer service is easy to use. Highly recommended. They give credit increases based on your usage and history and they know when not to. Also, i dont nwed to accept the increase and i can lower my limit if i want to. Very happy with Zopa. All answers are located witin app, Can be frustrating when you can’t increase your limit which forces you to do better your credit score Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Good customer service.

I did have a small problem with a loan repayment, that zopa did mess up slightly, however it was sorted out by their Customer service and I was never out of pocket. So overall I would recommend Zopa to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
