I have Access Accounts & Fixed Term Accounts.

I have Access Accounts & Fixed Term Accounts. All very market competitive. Sometimes the online portal can be a little clunky. Not sure why I now have to go online to see my Fixed Term Account details, please explain. I like the flexibility of seeing everything on my phone app. The interest rates aren't really competitive but align with most if not all other banks. As Zopa do not have high street branches surely staff numbers are fewer and therefore a more attractive interest rate could be applied to reflect this. I have also bought my kids to Zopa who now all have their own accounts. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
